BRAVI!Traduzione
This is not the first time we have contacted this assistance service and we can only say good things about it, very good indeed. We had a problem (on a Saturday...) and not only did we receive a response and telephone assistance from the kind lady who answered but she even apologized for not having anyone available at the time (I repeat, Saturday) immediately giving us an appointment for the following Monday morning. The technician who had already come other times arrived and quickly "framed" the problem. The cost of the intervention (with a regularly issued receipt) was more than fair. It is nice that the work ethic and seriousness is still present. WELL DONE!
